Amplicon BioLabs hands on training program on Isolation and Phytochemical Testing Program is designed in a way for "Bridging the gap between Industry and Academia”. The programme covers the basics concepts of herbal drugs, safety of herbal medicine, efficacy of herbal medicine, general and safety rules for working in instrument handling, concept of basic calculation, solution preparation, preparation of standardized extracts through maceration, qualitative phytochemical analysis (protein, carbohydrates, saponin, tannin and flavonoids etc.) of herbal extracts, media preparation and antimicrobial susceptibility tests (AST) of plant extracts against bacteria, minimum inhibitory concentration test (MIC), Thin layer chromatography (TLC).
